We Are Safety

Safety is a key issue within the Group’s production sites. This is why the We Are Safety project has continued without interruption since 2022, with the aim of promoting a health and safety culture through a training and experiential approach involving all personnel, from management to workers.

The project develops key skills such as communication, conflict management, leadership and team management, in order to constantly improve safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

As a result of these training activities, a Decalogue of ten safety rules was created. The "Safety Observations" process is based on these rules and is conducted by those in charge, using a mobile application specifically developed as part of the project, aiming to record and monitor compliance with the rules of the Decalogue and observe the progress trends.
