governance

The integration of ethical and sustainability principles into Feralpi’s decision-making processes is one of the key directions linked to governance.

This commitment takes shape through an internal regulatory architecture designed to guide the actions of the company and the entire value chain. The central pillar of this model is the Code of Ethics, which establishes the fundamental principles of integrity and fairness, committing the company to the continuous improvement of technologies and production practices while fully respecting the environment and all stakeholders.

To strengthen this systemic vision, in 2025 the new Group Sustainability Policy was drafted and approved; it will be disseminated in 2026. This policy document formalises the company’s cross-cutting commitment to protecting ecosystems, safeguarding resources and supporting the ecological transition.

Finally, Feralpi’s responsible approach extends beyond company boundaries through the new Supplier Code of Conduct. This document sets out clear and rigorous expectations regarding ethics, human rights, safety and environmental protection. It expressly requires business partners to operate by encouraging the use of circular or renewable raw materials and reducing waste, thereby ensuring a transparent supply chain aligned with the Group’s high standards.

Through the synergy of these tools, Feralpi transforms corporate responsibility into a rigorous and shared management method.
