We Are Safety

Starting in 2022, Feralpi has been carrying out the 'We Are Safety' project to promote a safety culture through hands-on training for all staff members. In 2024, the initiative was expanded to include the Calvisano and Arlenico plants, while adaptation strategies are being developed for the German sites. The main external companies working at the production facilities have also begun training, with a rollout anticipated for 2025.
