Sustainability Committee

The Feralpi Group Sustainability Committee supports the Board of Directors in strategic decisions on ESG issues. Reorganised in 2024, it comprises internal members and external experts, including the Chairman. The Committee has a consultative and proactive role and promotes initiatives related to sustainability. Its activities are governed by regulations approved by the Board of Directors. This strengthens governance and the integration of sustainability into the Group.
