MakeTheDiffHERence was launched in 2024 as a new edition of the Technical Graduate Programme, the first dedicated to the entry of new women engineers. Spanning 20 months, the training course will deliver thorough comprehensive cross-functional training in all technical and production domains of primary steel plants and will also include engagement in the Group's upcoming investment initiatives.
